Über diesen Job
Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.
"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.
Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.
Your mission & challenges
In logistics, we do more than move materials — we create the foundation that enables our robots to be built and to grow. As part of our journey from start-up to scale-up, you will build structures, processes, and a new level of automation.
Your focus: a Smart Factory where intelligent, stable, and automated material flows become reality — fully aligned with our vision: robots building robots.
Your main tasks include:
- Plan, define, and implement automated material flows within our Smart Factory.
- Take operational project leadership for automation and digitalization projects in logistics.
- Analyze existing logistics processes (goods receipt, warehouse, production, shipping, special processes) and develop them further in a structured way.
- Plan technical solutions such as AMRs/AGVs, automated storage systems, digital material tracking systems, and system interfaces.
- Coordinate interfaces with internal partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure that new solutions not only work on paper but run reliably in live operations.
- Document processes, responsibilities, and standards, and ensure they are consistently implemented and followed.
- Drive our Smart Factory roadmap forward — from initial concept to full implementation.
What we can look forward to
- Experience in logistics, smart factory, or automation projects.
- A solid understanding of how efficient logistics works — physically, procedurally, and system-wise.
- Strong IT affinity: MES, ERP, material flow control systems, interfaces — you are comfortable working with them or can quickly familiarize yourself.
- Understanding of the fundamental elements of a Smart Factory and how to integrate them effectively.
- A structured and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to successfully bring projects to completion.
- Ability to manage complexity through clear prioritization, strong communication, and pragmatic execution.
- Motivation to build, optimize, and sustainably anchor processes.
- Team spirit, ownership mentality, and a hands-on approach — you want to make an impact.
What you can look forward to
- Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
- Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
- The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
- Celebrate successes together with company events
- Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
- And even more fun with great colleagues
