Your mission & challenges

You don’t just want to manage suppliers — you want to actively shape the quality and performance of our supply chain? With us, you will take on a key role at the interface between Procurement, Engineering, and our international suppliers. You will audit, evaluate, and develop our suppliers and ensure that our quality standards are consistently maintained and continuously improved. If you have strong technical expertise, work in a structured manner, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we look forward to meeting you.

• Plan and conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with our quality standards
• Evaluate and further develop suppliers in terms of quality, performance, and reliability
• Take responsibility for complaint management and ensure the sustainable implementation of corrective actions
• Work closely with Procurement in the selection and qualification of new suppliers
• Act as the technical interface for suppliers and support product and process requirements
• Analyze supplier performance and initiate continuous improvement measures
• Actively contribute to the development and optimization of our supplier quality processes

What we can look forward to

• Completed technical degree, e.g., in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in Supplier Quality Management, Technical Procurement, or Supplier Management
• Experience in conducting supplier audits and supplier evaluations
• Strong technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements
• Experience in complaint management and in initiating and tracking quality improvement measures
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English required
