Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of flagship customer events.
• Manage event timelines, milestones, and end-to-end delivery to ensure execution excellence.
• Establish project governance and prepare and lead steering committee meetings.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Align and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Lines, Industries, Sales, and Regional MarCom teams.
• Foster effective collaboration and manage project communications across all involved parties.
• Manage event budgets, procurement activities, and agency selection and performance.
• Monitor spending and forecasts while ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
• Define and track KPIs, evaluate event performance and outcomes, and deliver post-event reporting.
• Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future flagship events.
