About the Role

• Participate in general ledger activities, including month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and contribute to internal and external reporting
• Collaborate with finance, tax, and legal teams to maintain accuracy and alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
• Support audits and mentor junior staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
• 4–5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency
