Your tasks

• Monitoring the production processes Ensuring a smooth process in food production and compliance with all quality and hygiene standards.
• Operation and maintenance of machines Safe handling of grinding and processing machines as well as responsibility for regular maintenance and care.
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification Rapid diagnosis and rectification of machine faults to minimize production downtime.
• Quality control Checking product quality during the production process, carrying out tests and documenting the results.
• Machine care and cleaning Machine maintenance and regular cleaning in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Shift handover and documentation Conscientious handover of the shift to the next shift and precise documentation of production data and incidents.

Your profile

• Completed training as a food technologist or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in food production, preferably in the operation and maintenance of machines.
• Technical understanding and the ability to diagnose faults and rectify malfunctions on machines.
• Careful way of working and high quality standards.
• Ability to work in a team and reliability .
• Written and spoken German
• Driving license B with own car
