We are looking for a driven Account Manager - Migrations join our team and focus on migration details with our clients using our financial solutions. You will work closely to identify opportunities and help the migration process of our costumers. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to Lucanet’s success by quickly delivering results and expanding our reach.
Activities
- Lead commercial discussions with customers regarding their migration from on-premise systems to Lucanet's cloud infrastructure.
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, including answering questions about invoices, price adjustments, license extensions, and cloud migration.
- Actively approach existing customers to migrate to our new price model.
- Support the Account Manager - Cross Sell in closing new deals by tracking open opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or financial software space.
- Strong understanding of cross-selling techniques and experience in expanding client portfolios.
- High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for closing deals.
- You have fluent German and very good English skills as well as excellent rhetorical communication and presentation skills.
- An interest in finance and technology is highly desirable.
