Your Duties:

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across business functions
• Drive the implementation of AI use cases with a strong focus on operational efficiency and business value
• Analyze and optimize core business processes and identify automation potential
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Support the development and implementation of AI governance principles and best practices
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure responsible AI adoption
• Maintain and prioritize the AI use case backlog and track initiative progress and impact
• Promote AI awareness and adoption through workshops, enablement programs, and community activities
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability for business processes and customer solutions
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the organization's AI capabilities and operating modelAI & Process Automation Manager

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record in delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or process optimization initiatives
• Hands-on experience implementing AI use cases and driving tangible business outcomes
• Understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation solutions
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technology capabilities
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at different organizational levels
• Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
