• Development of complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions using modern C++23 and Qt
• Maintenance, optimization, and continuous development of an existing Qt application
• Independent analysis and derivation of software requirements in collaboration with users and interface partners
• Coordination of technical requirements, dependencies, and implementation topics with internal and external stakeholders
• Advancement of development automation and continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines
• Creation of meaningful unit and integration tests, for example with Catch2
• Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
• Responsibility as a technical contact for software architecture, development, and troubleshooting
• Application of proven software design patterns and contribution to the architecture of complex, distributed systems
• Technical leadership and mentoring of junior and mid-level developers
• Regular code reviews and pair-programming sessions
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Several years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on modern C++, ideally C++23, and Qt
• Very good knowledge of Git, Visual Studio, and Cmake
• Practical experience with unit testing, integration testing, development automation, and CI/CD
• Confident application of software design patterns
• Experience in designing complex, scalable, and distributed software systems
• Experience with embedded applications is an advantage
• Previous experience in the technical guidance and mentoring of developers
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and patiently
• Independent, structured, and quality-oriented way of working
• Confident, open, and respectful communication in German and English
