Your mission

We’re looking for a sharp and hands-on Founder’s Associate Intern to join our team and work directly with the founders and our team on high-impact projects across all areas of the business.
Start-date: from 01.01.2026 onwards
How your day-to-day will look like:

• Engineer AI Workflows:Design, test, and implement AI-driven features using prompt engineering techniques and Python scripting.
• Prototype with Low-Code:Leverage low-code development platforms to quickly automate and validate new product features.
• Create Intelligent Content:Develop adaptive, AI-enhanced simulations and content that reflect real-world cyber threats.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally:Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Shape the Future:Contribute directly to building products that will help create 10 million human firewalls and revolutionize cybersecurity training.

Is it you we are looking for?

You are...

• Equipped with hands-on experience in Python and a natural curiosity for building AI-driven applications.
• A workflow enthusiast who has experimented with low-code platforms (such as make.com, n8n) and genuinely enjoys automating workflows.
• Fluent in the principles of prompt engineering and eager to apply them in real-world use cases.
• Deeply passionate about cybersecurity, AI, and product innovation.
• A resilient builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and likes owning projects end-to-end.
• Detail-oriented and creative, you are not afraid to prototype fast and iterate until you find the right solution.
• A strong communicator with the skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

About us

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense against modern cyber threats.

Today, we are a team of around 25 ambitious individuals - and this is only the beginning of our revellion. We are currently based in Berlin and are preparing an exciting next chapter: in February 2026, we will open our brand-new office in Munich and move our entire team there. As we grow, we’re not just aiming to build a great product, we’re creating a place where revels can do their best work and grow along the way.
