For our dedicated team, we are looking for an Associate Infrastructure Investments (m/f/d) to join us at our Munich location at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibility
Long-term and responsible thinking is part of your entrepreneurial mindset. As a member of the Infrastructure Equity Investment team, you will contribute to building diversified and resilient portfolios across all market cycles at one of Europe’s leading infrastructure asset managers. These include portfolios for our multi-manager (6 th fund generation) and co-investment (3 rd fund generation) funds, as well as for bespoke investment mandates with individual strategies. Over time, you will develop into an analytical investment professional and play an integral role in the investment decision process. In addition to your focus on the infrastructure asset class, you will gain exposure to secondary transactions and provide targeted support in this area.
This includes:- Support the infrastructure investment team in the due diligence of equity co-investments, secondary transactions, and fund investments within the infrastructure asset class
- Contribute to global infrastructure market coverage, including participation in manager update calls, fund meetings, AGMs, and similar events
- Assist in identifying new investment opportunities through initial screenings and analysis
- Support the selection and execution of investments by preparing due diligence findings, drafting investment recommendations, and presenting opportunities to clients, colleagues, and internal committees
- Monitor existing investment portfolios and prepare regular investment updates
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, fundraising activities, and investor relations efforts
Your qualification
- Completed Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Initial full-time job experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Private Equity
- Prior exposure to infrastructure equity investments is an advantage but not required
- Strong numerical and financial modelling skills in Excel
