- Help all our Ruby hotels in shine by boosting commercial performance and uncovering fresh opportunities in the swedish market
- Serve as Ruby’s key contact for IHG Global Sales for our B2B clients – always professional, always personal, and never boring
- Turn good conversations into long-term collaborations and make sure Ruby stays top of mind
- Track trends, analyse feedback, and share insights to shape smarter strategies
- Work closely with Ops, Marketing, and Revenue to create seamless guest and client experiences – we’re one band, after all
- Represent the spark of Ruby with confidence and a wink at trade fairs, events, and networking nights
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- A few years of experience in hotel sales or account management, and a strong local network to match
- A curious mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a healthy dose of drive
- Hands-on energy and the ability to stay calm, even when things get lively
- Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office, plus an instinct for good organization
- Feel at home in CRM tools and Excel sheets – and somehow still keeps everything perfectly organized
- Fluent English and Swedish with a knack for authentic communication
