As our Business Development Manager for Industrial Dispensing & Automation, you will take ownership of market expansion across the DACH and Central Eastern European region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.). You will connect with engineering-driven customers, identify new opportunities in automation and manufacturing environments, and position Techcon as the trusted partner for precision dispensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the industrial dispensing and automation markets in your region.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users in manufacturing and engineering sectors.
  • Identify new application areas and expand Techcon’s footprint within high-value industries.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to introduce new technologies and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Conduct market analyses to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Represent Techcon at trade fairs, customer events, and technical workshops.
  • Deliver forecasts, business reports, and data-driven recommendations to management.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, automation technology, or precision equipment.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, OEM environments, or industrial automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (C1 or higher).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular regional travel (approx. 40%).
