• Configure and integrate radio frequency systems, including pre-silicon validation, hardware-based testing, and debugging to deliver cellular solutions meeting product KPIs.
• Interface with cross-functional teams (RF software, system engineering, test engineering, program management) to incorporate design solutions that improve yield, productivity, and quality.
• Manage project activities (meetings, documentation, deliverables) across teams, locations, and time zones
• Validate RF configurations using in-house tools and validation campaigns.
• Document design specifications and communicate status with high transparency to partners.
• Deliver high-quality work on schedule across product development phases.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.

• Proven years of hardware engineering or related work experience.
• Understanding of RF transceiver and RF front-end components for cellular modems.
• Relevant experience in RF, wireless, and/or cellular modem development, integration, or verification.
• Programming experience in Python or similar language.
• Familiarity with Unix and shell scripting.
• Experience with distributed version control systems. (Git or similar)
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work on complex systems with strong dependencies across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.

• Knowledge of RF cellular features and front-end components. (filters, power amplifiers, switches)
• Knowledge of cellular modem FR1 and FR2 frequency range RF lineups (5G NR) and/or modem software layers
• Familiarity with 3GPP cellular standards (2G/3G/4G/5G) with focus on RF aspects.
• Experience in software/hardware system integration into cellular modems, managing dependencies through different project phases.
• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability with experience leading technical discussions within multi-functional groups.
• BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
