    Wir suchen eine*n engagierte*n R&D Collaboration Manager*in (m/w/d) für unser Medical Affairs Team in der Onkologie. Diese Schlüsselrolle unterstützt die Durchführung klinischer Studien in Deutschland und fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen klinischer Forschung, Medical Affairs und externen Stakeholdern.

    Hauptaufgaben

    • Koordination des lokalen Medical Affairs Beitrags zur Durchführung klinischer Studien
    • Zentrale Ansprechperson zwischen lokaler/globaler Medical Affairs, regionalen Manager*innen, klinischer Entwicklung und CROs.
    • Schulung und Unterstützung der Regional Medical Affairs Manager (RMAM) bei studienbezogenen Aktivitäten.
    • Sammlung von Erkenntnissen aus klinischen Studien und Weitergabe an relevante interne Stakeholder
    • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Prüfärzt*innen an Studienzentren.
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für einen schnellen Studienstart.
    • Erstellung und Steuerung von Medical-Affairs-Plänen zur Unterstützung der Patientenrekrutierung.

    Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

    • Abgeschlossenes medizinisches, pharmazeutisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Promotion (z. B. MD, PhD, PharmD).
    • Fundierte bis langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs sowie Erfahrung in der klinischen Forschung oder Studienleitung.
    • Fundiertes Verständnis der ICH-GCP-Richtlinien, lokaler und internationaler regulatorischer Anforderungen.
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
    • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und IT-Anwendungen.
    • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.

    Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

    • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Onkologie und/oder Hämatologie.
    • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und zum Stakeholder-Management.
    • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
