MFZ Münchner Förderzentrum GmbH maintains small, family-like shared apartments in Munich-Freimann, each for 8 to 9 adults with a physical disability. Here they live as independently and self-determinedly as possible and are individually and empathetically supported by our care staff. The personal development of the residents is the basis of our work. Working together as equals and exchanging ideas are just as important as providing loving and comprehensive care in everyday life.

You plan and organize the food supply in our facility for people with disabilities and senior citizens
You provide breakfast and dinner for currently 60 people and lunch for currently 150 people
You prepare finely pureed food (dysphagia food)
You are responsible for ordering and purchasing mainly fresh products
You organize culinary theme weeks
You observe our own control system according to HACCP
You will be involved in the organization of festivals and events
You will work day shift

You have successfully completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
You ideally have professional experience in communal catering
You have knowledge of purchasing and organization
You are open-minded towards people with disabilities
You enjoy working collegially in a team and across teams
You like to contribute your own ideas and recipes
