Receiving goods including quality control and storage
Maintenance and cleaning of work equipment and kitchen
Ensuring the specified food quality, hygiene regulations and occupational safety
Collaboration in the planning of daily operations
Responsibility for merchandise management on behalf of the kitchen management, including organization of inventory including maintenance of the merchandise management system and digital invoice processing
Coordination with internal and external interfaces on behalf of the kitchen management

Completed training as a chef
Planned or ongoing further training to become a master chef or state-certified caterer
Experience in communal catering such as canteen kitchens, canteens or similar
Interest in the implementation of culinary diversity
Confident PC application skills
Driving license class B is an advantage
Enjoy working in a team and open-mindedness
