• Maintain high-level oversight and accountability of corporate sites and event responsibilities, serving as the primary security partner for assigned sites and business functions across Germany and EMEIA.
• Identify, assess, and prioritise physical security risks, vulnerabilities, and operational gaps, developing and implementing scalable security strategies, procedures, and operational plans.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal partners including facilities, EHS, HR, and business units, as well as external stakeholders including vendors, public safety agencies, and local law enforcement.
• Drive pre-incident prevention and preparedness, incident response, crisis coordination, and post-incident analysis.
• Translate ambiguous or evolving business needs into structured security solutions.
• Manage vendor performance, deployment strategy, and operational execution standards.
• Analyse data, incidents, and operational trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement, serving as the regional Global Security liaison for site growth, expansion, and construction security planning in Germany and across EMEIA.
• Navigate and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including German and EU security, privacy, and workplace safety regulations.

• Extensive experience in corporate security, risk management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with German regulatory frameworks related to physical security, workplace safety, and data privacy (GDPR).
• Ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Proven ability to operate independently and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment without authority.
• Proven decision-making capability under pressure and in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Demonstrable communication and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex security information clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience working with vendors, contract security, and public safety partners.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English

• Experience managing security operations across multiple sites or geographies, particularly within the EMEIA region.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting security requirements for construction, expansion, or new site activations.
• Background in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or business continuity planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with law enforcement and government agencies in European jurisdictions.
• Prior experience in a technology or high-growth corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.
