• You will independently design, manage and optimize personalized direct marketing campaigns to generate new business and leads (digital & hybrid).
• You will develop event-based trigger campaigns for cross-selling and up-selling, churn prevention and churn recovery.
• You design customer journeys with a clear performance logic.
• With a focus on the direct mail, email and web push channels, you will design data-based measures, define target groups and be responsible for the entire process, from the conception of measures to the definition of target groups and the creation of advertising material through to the finalization of the campaign
• You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of your campaigns, including through KPI tracking, analyses and A/B tests.
• You will work closely with internal interfaces and external agencies and play an active role in cross-departmental projects.

• You have a university degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, business administration or a comparable subject. Ideally, you have knowledge of the insurance industry.
• You have several years of professional experience, e.g. in an agency, consultancy or on the corporate side in campaign management, CRM marketing or performance marketing and can demonstrate this with proven success.
• You have a good understanding of data models, segmentation, data-driven campaigns and marketing automation tools.
• You have a high KPI orientation and an analytical mindset. Your strength is conception, paired with implementation drive.
• You are characterized by a high level of resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in intensive project phases.
• You also work independently, in a structured and responsible manner and proactively drive issues forward.
