Tasks

You are our outbound engine. You build and manage your pipeline, call freight forwarders, and turn first contact into revenue. Full ownership, direct line to the founders and visible impact from day one.

  • Outreach with a smile: Identify decision-makers, prep messaging, and pick up the phone.
  • Deal ownership: Qualify, run discovery/demos, multithread, close.
  • Pipeline & forecast: Keep CRM tight, move deals cleanly through stages, hit quarterly targets.
  • Feedback loop: Turn objections and win/loss learnings into product inputs and sharper talk tracks.
  • Scaling: After proving the motion, recruit and coach SDRs.

Requirements

50% motivation | 40% brains | 10% experience

  • You’re excited about sales and direct contact with people.
  • 1–3 years experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or logistics.
  • Fluent German & English (written and spoken) - additional languages as a “+”
  • CRM basics (Pipedrive/HubSpot/SFDC); comfortable with sequencers; phone-led selling.
  • High self-motivation and persistence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You see opportunities instead of problems
  • You love celebrating success with a young, ambitious team 🍻

  • Compensation: €55–70k base (based on experience) plus performance bonus with accelerator. (Six-figure OTE is possible with overperformance.)
