• At reception, you not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
• You always stay cool - even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
• You ensure a smooth flow when welcoming guests to the hotel and clean administrative processes in your shift team

• You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience and speak fluent German and English
