At Accenture we support our clients to adopt latest technologies to improve efficiency and flexibility and innovate products and services. The Global Robotics R&D Team drives establishment of solutions and services within Accenture, working closely with our clients and ecosystem partners. We identify new technologies, demonstrate the art of the possible in lighthouse projects and drive scaled adoption of solutions and approaches. We work with next generation robotics technology including mobile robots on the ground and in the air, collaborative robots with adaptive manipulation, humanoid robots, and Artificial Intelligence and simulation.

Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory:
Assess client needs and develop tailored UAS strategies, use cases and deployment plans; Evaluate, identify and recommmend UAS software, hardware and platform solutions; Support organizational transformation for UAS-enabled workflowsTechnical Expertise:
Provide guidance on mobility platforms playload, autonomy systems and data processing and management tools; develop flight plans, mission profiles and operational frameworks; Analyze and interprete drone-collected data and plan automation solutions for actionable insight generationRegulatory Compliance & Safety:
Advise on national and local aviation regulations; create Standard Operating Procedures, safety manuals, and risk mitigation plans; Support processes to achieve certifications and approvalsTraining & Capacity Building:
Deliver training sessions for pilots, engineers, field operators, and management teams; Develop training materials covering flight operations, emergency procedures, and data workflows; Lead hands-on UAS demonstrations and capability development programs.Project Management:
Oversee UAS integration projects from planning through execution and evaluation; Coordinate with vendors, operations teams, engineers, and regulatory authorities; Monitor and report on project KPIs, timelines, risks, and deliverables.Innovation & Solution Development:
Research emerging UAS technologies, automation trends, and regulatory updates; Identify opportunities for operational optimization or new UAS-enabled services.
Professional experience with:
UAS platforms, sensors, software, and mission planning tools
Aviation regulations, airspace classifications, and risk assessment frameworks
Conducting drone operations (mapping, inspections, surveillance, or cargo)
Data processing tools and LiDAR, photogrammetry, and GIS platform technologies
BVLOS operations and complex mission planning
Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently across multiple projects and industries
