As Head of SAP Competence Center you will play a key role in shaping the digital transformation journey, espeically of the finance technology. Together with your team you will develop and rollout the SAP S/4HANA roadmap to optimize business-critical processes that delivers sustainable business growth (new markets).

Aufgabengebiet

• Lead and further develop the SAP Competence Center, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and business value.
• Own the SAP Finance roadmap, managing the transition to SAP S/4HANA and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Oversee the end-to-end SAP landscape, including Finance, Controlling, Sales, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and related integrations.
• Drive SAP solution architecture across transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with the organization's digital and SAP S/4HANA roadmap.
  
• Enable new business capabilities, market expansion, and product innovation through ERP adaptations and enhancements.
• Manage internal teams, external partners, and vendors while ensuring governance, quality, budget adherence, and successful project delivery.

Anforderungsprofil

• Ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading SAP organizations, Competence Centers, or large ERP delivery teams in an international environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Financial Accounting, Controlling, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Reporting.
  
• Strong architecture background with proven experience designing and governing SAP landscapes, integrations, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
  
• Proven success delivering complex SAP Finance transformation, implementation, or cloud migration programs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including C-level.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, combined with a hands-on and results-driven mindset.
