Job Description
Your focus topic
As a leader, you will be responsible for the development and strong growth of our Cyber Security & Security Services service cluster. You will further develop the portfolio to meet market requirements, identify market potential in the FSI environment, and build targeted partnerships. You will ensure the right delivery structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical leadership to the account managers. At the same time, you will maintain a close eye on economic performance, pipeline management, and pricing strategies.
Your tasks at x1F
Strategic business development
- Further development: You shape the service portfolio for cyber security & security services (e.g. SOC, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability services) to be marketable and effective.
- Analyze: You identify market potential in the FSI environment, taking into account regulatory requirements such as DORA, ISO 27001, BAIT, and VAIT.
- Networking: You actively build partnerships with technology providers and security specialists.
Delivery structure & service capability
- Optimize: You bring delivery structures (Security Operations & SOC) up to date.
- Implementation: You define and implement processes, tools, and KPIs for operational operations.
- Ensure: You ensure the regulatory compliance and auditability of the services.
Market & Customers
- Support: In strategic customer projects, you assume the escalation authority and quality responsibility.
- Build: You strengthen strategic customer relationships together with key account and partner management.
- Leading: As an account manager, you provide professional guidance and clear direction.
Growth, Sales & Profitability
- Responsibility: Pipeline management, lead generation, and closing are your responsibility.
- Taxes: You keep an eye on sales activities and economic performance in the cluster.
- Develop: You consistently implement pricing strategies and risk assessments.
Talent management & utilization
- Help shape: You will help build a high-performance security team (internally and externally)
- Promote: You actively support further training and certifications (e.g. ISO, CISSP, CISM, SOC Analyst).
- Ensure: You are responsible for optimal utilization and targeted skill development of team members.
Control & interface management
- Bringing things together: You work closely with key account management, competence clusters and the Consulting business unit.
- Leadership: You lead cross-functional teams for complex customer requirements and security projects in a results-oriented manner.
These are the skills you bring with you
Professional qualifications
- Experience: several years of experience in cyber security, ideally in the FSI environment
- Regulatory: in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular DORA, ISO 27001, BAIT/VAIT Service development: proven experience in building and scaling security services and delivery structures, e.g., SOC or MSSP
Leadership & Management
- Leadership experience: proven leadership of teams and development of new business units
- Strategy: Ability to strategically develop and economically manage portfolios
Customer orientation & communication
- Communication: convincing and clear communication at C-level to effectively represent strategic issues Customer management: confident handling of complex customer structures, including management of escalations and conflict situations
Tools & Methods
- Frameworks & Tools: Knowledge of security frameworks and tools (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, SIEM, IAM)
- Compliance: Experience with audit, reporting and compliance systems
