You make sure our customers truly live their quality processes, not just document them. You own customer onboarding and long-term customer success end-to-end, serving as the trusted advisor between life sciences quality teams, technical configurations, and our product team.

Activities

• You lead customer communication from kickoff to go-live
• You run the project, managing timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies
• You configure Playbook for the customer: templates, steps, conditional visibility, and picklists.
• You use AI agents as tools to work faster and more precisely
• You own your customers end to end, including post go-live
• You report directly to the COO and Co-Founder

Requirements

• Experience in quality management in life sciences, ideally Pharma and/or MedTech (e.g. ISO 13485, GxP)
• Strong process logic: you think in conditions, dependencies, and workflows
• Hands-on mentality: you don’t wait for instructions, you act
• Experience in customer projects, implementation, or consulting
• Business-fluent in German and English, both are a must

Team

You’ll join a team of 5 highly motivated colleagues with daily exchange as needed. Challenges are discussed and aligned together, nobody works in a vacuum.
