team is assigned to the Technology division of PASM and works across locations. It is responsible for implementing complex, large, standardized infrastructure solutions in Deutsche Telekom AG's technical divisions. Starting with technical space management, planning, cost controlling and construction, through to acceptance. task description
As an infrastructure manager, you have overall technical responsibility for the concerns of the infrastructure to be managed (platforms, network solutions, processes and systems) in terms of availability and operational safety. They are responsible for the migration of large infrastructure landscapes.
- You manage and coordinate overarching complex, strategically oriented infrastructure projects, including in an international environment, and ensure that implementation is implemented on time and in good quality
- You develop concepts/measures for continuous optimization of all technical processes and interfaces and initiate infrastructure optimizations to reduce operating costs
- You create guidelines and guidelines for service providers and users/administrators
- You monitor service quality based on agreed SLAs and KPIs and initiate improvement measures
- You provide technical advice at management level regarding infrastructural concepts and architectures and are specialist contacts within the team and with interface partners
- You advise other departments on how to optimize business processes through innovative solutions

You have a degree or comparable vocational training with an appropriate subject or subject-specific additional education or several years of professional experience in the area of network operations.
