Your responsibilities
You work in an exciting and international environment and personally contribute to the company's success. You can expect challenging tasks and projects, such as
- Lead end-to-end learning solution projects for Customer Service within Global Training, ensuring delivery and quality
- Design and develop diverse learning formats, including e-learning, classroom training, blended, and microlearning
- Apply didactic principles to create learner-centered content and meaningful assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Ideally several years of professional experience in training or instructional design, preferably in global teams
- Strong didactic background; proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate)
- Collaborative, learner-focused, organized, and able to manage stakeholders across functions
- Fluent in English and advanced German skills
