Become a part of our HR Operations team by joining us from 1st March 2026.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)
- You will support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)
- Your engagement is needed in creating as well as updating forms and templates for our document library
- You will participate and work in HR-related projects with us and on your own
- If needed, you will work with other HR functions, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR Company Services
YOUR SKILLS
- If needed or when interested, you will work with other HR functions, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR Company Services• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
- You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization and harmonization of HR processes
- You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
- You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
