The position is ideally to be filled immediately for at least 5 months.

YOUR TASKS

• You will provide operational support in managing PAYBACK partner companies
• You will participate in campaign analysis, evaluate campaigns, and independently maintain monthly reports.
• You will assist in the initiation, planning, implementation, and completion of strategic and technical PAYBACK (partner) projects
• You will assist in introducing and implementing agile working methods within the team
• You will conduct independent research and create presentations for internal and external workshops

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying economics or a comparable degree program
• You have already gained some practical experience through internships or working student positions
• Ideally, you have knowledge of online marketing, digital media, and/or project management
• You are familiar with all common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• You work in a structured and independent manner and are committed
• Your communication skills are demonstrated by your very good German and good English skills, among other things
