Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Business Intelligence Intern to drive strategic decision-making in our Fleet department. Fleet Steering : Drive data-driven decision-making at the core of FINN’s Fleet business, shaping how we plan, steer, and scale our vehicle portfolio while contributing directly to profitability and growth.
Remarketing : Play a key role in building up FINN’s new business venture, Remarketing-as-a-Service (RaaS), which facilitates the sale of third-party used cars from partners such as OEMs and leasing banks.

Your Responsibilities
- Own key steering processes: Support critical steering processes and apply strong numerical and analytical skills to track performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
- Work at the intersection of Business, Data and Tech: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, data analysts, and engineers to support data-driven decision-making. Help translate business questions into analyses and dashboards, and learn how insights are turned into concrete actions.
- Project ownership: Take charge of projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution. You will be fully responsible for your outputs, develop your ideas independently, and present results to senior leadership, leaving a tangible impact at FINN.
- Drive demand, supply and profitability steering: Assist in planning and steering vehicle demand and supply across the vehicle lifecycle. You’ll support analyses around deal profitability, unit economics, and financing structures, and help prepare forecasts and reports. Work with the team to improve forecasting accuracy, monitor deviations from plans, and contribute to data-driven tools that provide transparency on vehicle profitability.
- Develop a new business unit: Support the development and scaling of FINN’s new RaaS offering by contributing to go-to-market initiatives, partner analyses, and operational projects. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive partner acquisition, build scalable processes, and shape both the service offering and digital product. Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to help design innovative solutions and shape the future of this business area.

Your Profile
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business analytics, economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field at a top university and have a strong academic track record.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
- A high level of comfort working with numbers and translating analysis into actionable business insights.
- You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets. Experience with BI Tools and SQL is a plus.
- Previous experience in startups or other fast-paced environments like consulting.
- Very good English skills (C1-2) and German (C1-2 for Remarketing)
