What we offer you

• You conduct research on code models focusing on synthetic data generation and reinforcement learning (RL) post-training to enhance model performance
• Following this, you design and implement pipelines to efficiently generate and utilize synthetic data for training purposes
• In addition, you develop and evaluate advanced RL methods tailored for the post-training optimization of code models
• Throughout your internship, you collaborate closely with data & AI scientists to drive innovative solutions in the field of machine learning
• Lastly, you document your findings comprehensively and share them within the team to foster knowledge exchange and collective growth

This is how you'll win us over

• Education : You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience and Skills :
• You possess strong Python programming skills; knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus
• You have a solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts
• You are familiar with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face
• You demonstrate a strong interest in reinforcement learning and synthetic data generation
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ways of Working : You are capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Languages : Proficient in English
