Junior Manager Customer Analytics (f/m/w)
To support our Customer Analytics team we are searching for a Junior Manager Customer Analytics (f/m/w) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyzing customer data to derive customer insights and identify business actions
- Planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the right customer targeting for MYT cross-channel communication
- Evaluating customer marketing campaigns to derive marketing action proposals
- Working closely with our Customer Experience, Retail, E-Mail Marketing-, Online Marketing-, and Shop Management teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in business, economics, communications, or similar background
- Analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking
- Result driven and high standards in quality and precision
- Very good Excel and PowerBI skills
- SQL or Phyton experience preferred
- Passion for customer-centric business decisions in digital environments
- Good project management skills, first experience using CRM tools and project management tools
- Very good communication skills and ability to translate data into business actions
- Business fluent in English
