Your Duties:

• Ensure TA-aligned RWE projects meet quality standards and are tracked, monitored, reported, and disclosed according to relevant policies and procedures, delivered on time and within budget
• Plan, design, execute, translate, and disseminate multiple studies at the TA level
• Develop scientific communications (e.g., presentations, manuscripts, registry summaries, data dissemination plans), including promotional materials for external stakeholders
• Translate evidence needs into study concepts aligned with strategic objectives, including protocol development and proposing innovative, cost-effective study approaches
• Serve as point of contact for selected data sources to assess their suitability for specific research questions
• Advise the broader team on customer needs and the acceptance and impact of RWE or economic evidence on decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, potentially represent Germany in the global Data Generation Team, and participate in best practice sharing sessions

Your Qualifications:

• MSc or equivalent in health outcomes, patient-reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health or life sciences
• Solid experience in planning and conducting RWE studies, with strong expertise in statistical methods and data analysis
• Preferred: Experience in modeling to predict epidemiological and health-economic effects of vaccinations
