Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing campaigns through automation? As Audience Segmentation Specialist (m/f/d), you will design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless execution. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to support campaigns and customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations in all automation processes.
- Train and support team members on marketing automation tools and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or techniques to enhance automation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
