YOUR TASKS:

  • You are responsible for the continuous performance optimization of digital multi-partner campaigns.
  • You conduct comprehensive analysis of channel and campaign performance across all touchpoints (App, Web, Mobile Push, Newsletter, Programmatic, Social Media) and derive actionable recommendations.
  • You conceptualize and implement innovative measurement models and relevant KPIs for a holistic evaluation of cross-channel campaign success.
  • You develop data-driven targeting strategies to maximize campaign impact and enable precise user engagement.

YOUR PROFILE:

You are a seasoned digital marketing expert who not only understands and interprets data but actively uses it to optimize campaigns and drive digital success. You are passionate about elevating campaign performance to the next level and bring the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed university degree (in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics or a comparable field).
  • Several years of experience in performance marketing or as a digital campaign manager, ideally in an eCommerce environment or on the agency side (multi-channel/cross-channel).
  • Excellent handling of large data sets and common web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
  • Practical experience in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments for campaign optimization.
