Job description
- You are responsible for the professional and friendly support of existing customers and suppliers:
- In addition, you are responsible for the complete and correct processing of orders from entry to invoicing and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Furthermore, you are responsible for general office organisation, such as scheduling, mail processing or filing documents in the respective systems
- You support the travel expense accounting of employees:Inside and take over the maintenance of time recording in the relevant systems in order to prepare the monthly financial statements
- The support of the team in the administrative day-to-day business as well as the implementation of ad-hoc projects in close coordination with the department management is also part of your tasks
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the commercial sector (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have initial professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in processing or order processing, in order to familiarise yourself quickly with new processes
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and you are open to learning new, customer-specific software
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level and a class B driving licence are essential for the role
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of initiative and strong communication skills to actively contribute to the team
- Finally, you have a team-oriented personality and work carefully and in a structured manner, even if you are involved in several tasks at the same time
