Thanks to our close relationships with industry regulators, our solutions comply with multi-jurisdictional KYC ("Know Your Customer") regulations, allowing customers to process a wide variety of identity documents, and onboard and service consumers from all around the world in different markets and countries.
This position is limited up to 12 months and based in Munich.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced People Operations Partner to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will take care of all employee concerns while ensuring a seamless process in all People Operations processes . You will play a key role in HR operations, employee relations, and process improvement, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Main contact for employee relations: Independently managing employment questions and consulting employees within local labour law (e.g. with Payroll, Parental Leave, Sick Leave, Vacation requests)
- HR Administration: Managing all local People administration processes from Onboarding to Offboarding. Proactively addressing issues and pushing improvements. Ensuring alignment to IDnow’s security policies and providing information to auditors.
- HR Data Management: Maintaining accurate and organized employee records and ensuring data quality in all necessary forms (digital, HRIS or paper form). Working proactively with data reports and supporting strategic focus areas through data analysis.
- Payroll: Ensure correct payroll in all locations in close collaboration with payroll providers (external and internal). Research and work closely with Payroll experts to solve complex questions for all IDnow locations.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Supporting general HR projects and managing local HR Administration projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Working closely with people managers to support them on operational team questions and with the performance management of their teams, if necessary with disciplinary measurements according to local labour law.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Psychology , International Business, or a related field .
- 3 year working experience in an HR Administration area with knowledge on German or French labour law .
- Experience in international working environment, fluency in English as well as German, French or Romanian.
