Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

• Coordinate QA delivery across Scrum teams and support backlog, sprint, and release planning
• Manage all test phases from unit to acceptance testing, including test planning, tracking, and reporting
• Act as central contact for testing topics across internal teams, external partners, and international QA teams
• Oversee defect management, quality standards, and Defect Review Boards
• Coordinate technical reviews and provide transparent quality reporting through KPIs and dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation, and delivery efficiency

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in software QA or quality management for complex systems
• Experience with embedded, distributed, or real-time systems is an advantage
• Ideally, knowledge of signal processing, radio technology, or SIGINT
• Experience with test automation and tools such as Jira, Xray, Confluence, or Jama
• Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban as well as V-model processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to undergo Ü2/Ü3 security clearance if required
