Main Task:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with other Güntner Group locations to provide daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and workforce reports.
- Plan detailed timelines for each phase, from recruitment through to the departure of the workforce.
- Communicate with other Güntner Group locations regarding workforce requirements for all positions.
- Prepare onboarding documentation for all workforce positions.
- Prepare overseas agreement documents for the workforce being deployed to other Güntner Group locations.
- Coordinate with the Legal department regarding placement agreements for other Güntner Group locations.
- Facilitate the resolution of issues raised by the team during their assignments and report them to the HRGA Manager.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree of Psychology, or related fields
- Min. 1-2 years experiences in HR area, preferably having exposure in recruitment & selection or in the same fields
- Understand labor regulation and HR Management
- Advance knowledge of Ms Office and HRIS systems
- Good at communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
