Your mission as Regional Sales Manager:

  • Drive new-logo acquisition and overall revenue growth for Workforce Identity & Access Management solutions across the DACH region

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in close collaboration with marketing, channel partners, sales engineering, and professional services

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to expand market presence and uncover new opportunities

  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity while providing accurate forecasts and maintaining up-to-date CRM records

We are looking forward to:

  • Proven success in enterprise sales of complex SaaS, cloud, or security solutions, ideally with strong IAM or cybersecurity knowledge

  • A true hunter mindset with the ability to drive new-logo acquisition, develop territories, and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with tools like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value

  • Experience collaborating with resellers, VARs, and system integrators, plus familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or SPIN

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English; as well as ability to travel up to 40 %
