In order to be able to drive innovation and digitalisation to the next level, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) for our office in Hallbergmoos near Munich.

What you will do

Become part of our dynamic SupplyOn team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and support our sales and growth objectives.
The SDR will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and laying the foundation for successful sales by our Account Executives.

  • Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Planning and conducting initial discovery calls with potential customers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team (Account Executives) to develop and execute sales strategies and activities within a specific territory.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively communicate their value propositions.
  • Tracking and managing potential customers through our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
  • Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer responses and market trends.

What you should bring

  • You have proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, particularly in cold calling.
  • You are a strong communicator and creative in problem-solving.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You are able to communicate effectively in English

Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.

Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.

Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.

We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
