SALES DIRECTOR – FILMS | B2B remote (m/f/d)
Task
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and a vital member of your sales and business development team you will grow. You’ll connect customers with our global sites and ensure their needs are met with tailor-made solutions. From analyzing customer requirements to negotiating major contracts, you’ll own the entire sales process. Your keen eye for market trends and competitive landscapes will keep us ahead of the curve.
Much of your work will be remote, but you’ll regularly hit the road to meet clients and represent us at trade shows, working hand-in-hand with our marketing team and collaborating closely with our German headquarters. You’ll report directly to the CEO of our US site.

Industry Experience: A proven track record in direct sales contact with the industry is essential.
Strategic Mindset: You love developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and benchmarking.
Leadership: Experience leading and growing sales teams, with a passion for motivating and developing talent.
Sales Drive: You thrive on business travel and enjoy making new connections and win customers.
Expertise: Experience selling films or plastics to the US industry makes you our ideal candidate.
