The job

As the head of affiliate, you will be in charge of the following:

• Strategic vision: Develop and execute a dynamic affiliate marketing strategy to drive growth and market dominance in the iGaming sector.
• Leadership and team management: Lead, manage, and mentor the affiliation team to ensure a high-performance culture. Set ambitious team goals and promote collaboration both within and across departments.
• Partner management: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to ensure alignment with brand values. Nurture and expand relationships with existing affiliates for sustainable and scalable partnerships.
• Campaign planning and optimisation: Plan and optimise affiliate campaigns according to market insights and trends. Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting and analytics: Implement advanced reporting systems for KPI tracking. Enhance performance and maximize ROI.

Your qualifications

You speak and write English fluently (strong B2).

Minimum 1 year as a Head of Affiliates in iGaming (more is a plus)

• iGaming affiliate marketing experience

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large budgets including management reporting and forecasting.

You have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
