Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined - and now can’t imagine living without. If you’re motivated by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job!
You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 120 employees based across 4 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we create value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. We set the bar high; go out of our way to help others; share knowledge; filter out noise to focus on the essential; encourage the very best from ourselves and the team; and drive the right course of action.
To do all of this you will be an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator, with a passion for debate and inclusion. The purpose of this key business partnership role with Sales, is to drive commercially sustainable growth within the Central Europe markets (DACH and Eastern Europe). You will have responsibility for developing and course correcting the tactical and critical initiatives to achieve this goal, for the Telco Channel route to market (RtM); and you will lead a team of Finance Business Partners.
Description
To be successful, you will build a deep understanding of all aspects of the business, setting priorities, allocating resources and evaluating returns. You will play a key leadership role in both the short term performance and investment cycle, and the longer term planning activities, covering areas such as target setting, partner account planning and channel development. Great communication is essential to develop and empower your team; challenge and enable your key partners; to build and maintain external relationships with channel resellers; and to deliver cross-functional projects. A high degree of integrity and attention to detail will be essential for insight based decision-making and ensuring robust controls and compliance.
