Your tasks
- Implement the strategic capture management program for the Technology Systems Division.
- Align with our division's expertise and strategic goals and orchestrate all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Bid Mangers) in a manner conductive to success.
- Lead the capture team in developing winning proposals, including competitive analysis, solution development, pricing strategy, and proposal writing.
- Functionally manage and mentor a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) and other internal resources involved in the capture process.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of capture process documentation, templates and best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within our target customer base.
- Manage budgets and timelines associated with capture activities.
- Track and analyze capture process metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- In select cases, actively participate in developing and delivering winning solutions.

Your qualifications
- Completed University degree or comparable and a very good technical understanding.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capture management, preferably within the defence, security or critical infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful capture teams and winning high-value contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences (good English is a must, German is a plus).
- Experience in developing and managing capture budgets and timelines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in leading (functional leadership) and mentoring a team.
- In-depth knowledge of RFP/RFQ requirements and proposal development best practices.
- A working knowledge of defence, security or critical infrastructure technologies are a plus.
