YOUR TASKS

• You define, implement, and develop our company-wide quality management system (QMS)
• You monitor and optimize quality assurance measures & processes and you are responsible for expanding quality KPIs and reporting to management - your affinity for IT, data, and AI will help you in this role
• For new products, changes, or configuration adjustments, you proactively perform risk analyses to identify potential quality issues at an early stage
• You manage quality-related incidents from initial reporting to resolution, including coordinating all teams and stakeholders involved
• You plan and conduct internal audits and promote a strong culture of quality responsibility throughout the company, including through employee training
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed your studies and have several years of solid experience in quality management, ideally in CRM or consulting
• You own excellent knowledge of the design, implementation, and further development of quality management systems (QMS) in an agile environment
• You have a strong technical and procedural understanding that enables you to quickly grasp complex system and process relationships, while always striving to strike a good balance between quality and business needs
• You have a proven track record as a project manager and coordinator of interdisciplinary teams, and your excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities set you apart
• You have a confident manner, the ability to question the status quo and push for pragmatic solutions, and your profile is rounded off by business fluent German and very good English skills
