Contract type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), starting at the earliest possible date
What this role is about
Do you want your analyses to have a direct impact on strategic decisions? In this role, you will be responsible for HR Controlling across the PAYBACK Group and create transparency around key workforce metrics, planning, and developments. As a sparring partner for leadership and management teams, you will provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuously develop our reporting landscape.
Your day-to-day work
- You are responsible for HR Controlling and act as the central point of contact for HR related topics like metrics / analyses
- You manage monthly reporting as well as forecasts, budget planning, and ad hoc analyses
- You continuously develop our reporting structures, KPI frameworks, and data quality
- You create transparency around workforce metrics and derive recommendations for strategic decisions
- You prepare the monthly key report on the financial performance of the PAYBACK Group and identify optimization opportunities across processes and systems
This role is a great fit for you if ...
- You bring several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in HR Controlling or Personnel Controlling
- You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- You own strong analytical skills, quickly grasp complex interrelationships, and work in a structured manner
- You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and ideally experience with IBM Cognos TM1, Planning Analytics, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or VBA
- You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
