YOUR TASKS

  • You will support and advise PAYBACK online partners from one or more dedicated segments.
  • You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches to grow existing customers and attract new ones.
  • You will define relevant KPIs for efficient budget use and drive the continuous development of all measures.
  • You will work closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management.
  • You will be responsible for budget and forecasting.
  • You will identify potential through market, industry, and company analyses and realize these with your partners.
  • You will lead reporting within your vertical: conducting regular performance analyses, deriving strategic recommendations, and continuously optimizing campaigns and processes based on data-driven insights.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring experience in digital performance marketing and media planning.
  • You have experience in digital sales and relevant expertise.
  • You are data-driven, have strong analytical thinking skills, quickly grasp complex issues, and can derive appropriate actions.
  • Communication is your strength, you are customer-oriented, results-driven, and take initiative.
  • You are confident in presenting and negotiating.
