Your responsibilities

As Senior Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled Radar System Lab validation experts focusing on 77GHz RFCMOS automotive radar products.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of >15 engineers (system validation architects, project managers, lab engineers for system level validation incl. antenna, board, Radar IC, FUSA validation, board designers)

• Manage career development and performance reviews

• Manage the lab infrastructure, including lab budgets/lab audits

• Manage resources allocations and staffing for all activities, define roles and responsibilities in the team that best serves NXP's automotive Radar Roadmap.

• Lead HW development of customer-, validation-, reference- and demo boards

• Drive methodology, automation and infrastructure for higher quality, shorter time to market and cost efficiency

Your profile

We are looking for a natural leader, experienced and highly skilled people manager with the ability to define new structures and developing a growing organization to the next level.

• Master’s Degree in Electrical engineering, Physics or equivilant

• Experience with semiconductor hardware development is a must

• 10+ years of relevant experience in leading people in semiconductor industry

• Experience in disciplinary leadership of teams at a size of 10+ people preferred

• Lab validation management experience including lab audits/lab budgets/lab infrastructure

• Automotive Radar System Know-How strongly preferred

• Experience in RF/mmWave hardware development preferred

• Experience in development of automotive radar MMICs/OneChips or Radar Modules preferred
