THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

To actively shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Manager (all genders) who strengthens our team with a data-driven mindset and entrepreneurial drive — contributing significantly to increasing Avelios’ market visibility.

YOUR TASKS

• Developing and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels (industry events, PR, content marketing, web traffic, social media, and paid advertising)

• Driving data-based decision-making for budget allocation and marketing actions based on small experiments and performance metrics

• Establishing consistent brand assets and guidelines for company-wide use while maintaining alignment with Avelios Medical’s B2B healthcare positioning

• Overseeing content production, including whitepapers, website content, and social media posts, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency

• Continuously optimizing the lead generation and qualification pipeline

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree from a top business school with a focus on marketing or a quantitative field of study

• Professional experience in a comparable marketing role, ideally in a renowned marketing agency or in a B2B or SaaS environment

• Solid knowledge of data analysis (e.g., R or Python) and experience in SEO/SEA and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Design proficiency in common tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, or Figma

• Independent working style and strong entrepreneurial mindset

• Very good German and English skills
