Job Description

• You take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across Engineering, Product Management, and Design
• You develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified talent
• You work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates for us
• You proactively source new talent on platforms such as LinkedIn and build and maintain a talent pool.
• You conduct structured interviews and lead debrief meetings to assess candidates’ technical/functional fit and cultural add
• You continuously stay up to date on new concepts, ideas, and products in the market related to recruiting, talent sourcing, and direct search

Qualifications

• Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business psychology, business administration, education, or similar) or an equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in recruiting and/or direct search, specifically for Tech and Engineering candidates
• Confident using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Understanding of technologies and programming languages to better assess candidates’ technical expertise
• Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style, even with complex tasks.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Strong teamwork and networking skills with a high level of customer orientation
• Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
